Argued the commission needs a motion to vote on before public comment can be meaningful.

Found the conditional sub-options confusing; preferred one clear question with the commission deciding the number of wards and district-only voting.

Totally against wards but said the two-question Alternative 1 gives voters the most complete and honest choice.
